The surface gel coat of FRP sheet produced by our equipment has excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance. The quality, color and impact resistance of the product are far superior to other sheet. Refrigeration insulation board is generally used for sandwich board, which is mainly composed of thermal insulation material and skin plate. Performance of FRP carriage sheet:
Light weight: about 30 percent - 40 percent less than the traditional steel aluminum framework.
Heat insulation: the composite board of refrigerated heat preservation vehicle has the advantages of light weight, no deformation, high density and no gap in the middle, and has excellent heat insulation performance.
Impermeability: the surface composite plate selected by the refrigerated and insulated vehicle shall have good impermeability, large voids of hard polyurethane and other materials, and excellent waterproof tightness.
Clean, easy to clean and corrosion resistant: the color gel coat selected for the surface of FRP products is that the FRP surface is smooth and tidy, the dirt can be easily cleaned, the whole surface is bright and clean, and has good stability to water vapor, acid-base, salt fog and other media, strong aging resistance, and can keep the surface clean and bright for a long time.
